Senior Test Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Test Engineer will establish and guide enterprise testing and quality engineering practices for a federal government healthcare modernization project, collaborating with various stakeholders while ensuring compliance with Agile and DevSecOps methodologies.
Key responsibilities
- Establish enterprise testing standards, procedures, and comprehensive test plans
- Design and develop automated test suites and continuous-testing capabilities
- Lead defect triage and quality-control activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- At least five years of experience leading testing for complex software applications
- Extensive hands-on experience with test-automation frameworks and testing tools
- Experience integrating automated testing into Agile and DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with AI-assisted testing techniques for test generation and defect investigation
