Senior Texas CAPPS Financials Analyst

Job Summary

To provide advanced consultative services and technical assistance for the CAPPS Program, the remote Senior Texas CAPPS Financials Analyst will ensure compliance with financial requirements, oversee WCAG accessibility standards, and manage functional and technical design oversight while working on a long-term contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced consultative services and technical assistance for the CAPPS Financials Program, ensuring compliance with development and testing standards
• Ensure all digital products meet WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and manage waiver submissions and compliance tracking
• Analyze business processes and system workflows to assess ERP design fit and provide technical feedback during design reviews

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of Texas public sector experience, specifically supporting a Texas state government agency
• 10 years of experience with technical activities supporting CPA application systems and project management for the CAPPS program
• 10 years of technical experience with PeopleSoft FSCM or HCM 9.2, including SQL and Oracle 11 or higher
• 8 years of experience with IT service desk functions and ITIL framework methodologies
• 3 years of experience providing support for BOSSDesk or a comparable ITIL-compliant service desk application
