Job Summary
Working remotely on a long-term contract basis, the Senior CAPPS HR/Payroll Technical Analyst will provide advanced consultative services and technical assistance for the CAPPS Program, ensuring compliance with HR/Payroll requirements and WCAG accessibility standards while overseeing functional and technical design processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform senior-level consultative services and technical assistance for the CAPPS HR/Payroll Program, ensuring compliance with coding standards and system development lifecycle
- Ensure all digital products meet WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards, coordinating testing efforts and managing waiver submissions as needed
- Analyze business processes and system workflows to assess ERP design fit, providing technical feedback and preparing test cases for system validation
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of Texas public sector experience, directly supporting a Texas state government agency
- 10 years of technical experience with PeopleSoft FSCM or HCM 9.2 and related technologies
- 10 years of experience performing technical project management activities in support of CPA's CAPPS program
- 10 years of experience preparing materials for and conducting executive-level presentations
- 10 years of experience in interpreting contractual language and integrating it into workflows
