Senior Third Party Risk Specialist

Job Summary

Owning and evolving the third-party risk program, the full-time remote Senior Third Party Risk Specialist will manage vendor governance, risk assessment, and continuous monitoring while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement enterprise-wide third-party security risk strategies, including automation and continuous monitoring
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to operationalize third-party security risk controls and communicate risk landscapes to senior leadership
• Lead due diligence requests from partners and clients while innovating efficiency strategies for risk management processes

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in risk management with a focus on program-level strategy and cross-functional influence
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Risk Management, or a related field; advanced certifications preferred (e.g., CRISC, CISM)
• Proven track record in enhancing third-party risk programs with measurable outcomes
• Hands-on experience managing third-party AI risk and familiarity with relevant security frameworks
• Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior engineering and product leaders
