Job Summary

Focused on building scalable detection and response capabilities, the full-time Senior Threat Detection Engineer will investigate security incidents, automate workflows, and collaborate with engineering teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate security incidents using digital forensics and data analytics techniques
• Develop and maintain detection models and automation for threat identification and response
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during investigations and incident response

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in security operations, including incident response and threat intelligence
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with SQL for data analytics
• Knowledge of the Cyber Kill Chain and MITRE ATT&CK frameworks
• Experience automating security detection and response workflows
• Ability to lead complex incident response situations through influence
