Senior Threat Hunter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Threat Hunter to perform intelligence-driven network defense and support monitoring and incident response capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and run custom analysis models on security event information to discover active threats
• Identify security nuances and abnormalities in the environment
• Develop use cases and actionable content to identify security issues not currently alerted within the environment

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical experience in threat hunting, threat intelligence, incident response, or security operations
• Demonstrable experience automating tasks via scripting in Python, PowerShell, or Bash
• 2+ years of experience in penetration testing, ethical hacking, or vulnerability management
• Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in IT Security, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Advanced experience with security operations tools such as SIEM and network analysis tools
