Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Threat Researcher to enhance cybersecurity through advanced network detection and threat analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect AI-driven detections and author design documents for technical trade-offs
• Act as a subject matter expert for ML/AI teams, identifying critical signals in network telemetry
• Utilize offensive frameworks to simulate adversary behavior and generate synthetic lab data for model training

Qualifications/Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Threat Research, Detection Engineering, or Network Threat Hunting
• Extensive experience analyzing network traffic with tools like Zeek/Bro and Suricata
• Strong knowledge of Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis
• Proficiency in mapping detections to the MITRE ATT&CK framework
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or equivalent experience
