Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior TikTok Shop Specialist to manage and scale TikTok as a brand discovery and commerce channel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary contact for TikTok Ads, Shop, and Live Shopping teams, managing campaign execution and performance reporting
  • Oversee channel design, merchandising, and user experience enhancements while building product collections aligned with campaigns
  • Define and report KPIs, collaborating with internal teams to improve data visibility and track TikTok Shop performance
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or performance media, specifically with TikTok Shop Seller Center and Ads Manager
  • Proven success in managing TikTok Shop and/or paid campaigns with measurable revenue impact
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in defining and reporting on KPIs
  • Experience working cross-functionally with creative, paid, and product teams
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving ability and a bias for action
