Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Title Examiner for a remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine chain of title primarily for residential properties, with potential expansion into commercial and industrial
• Perform title examination of complex title orders requiring high-level expertise
• Abstract and analyze records to determine ownership, legal restrictions, and verify legal descriptions of property

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Typically requires 5+ years of directly related experience
• Multiple state licenses as required to operate in a broad geographic area
• Strong knowledge of legal terms used in title documents
• Able to read and decipher legal descriptions relating to title orders
