Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Title Examiner who will provide nationwide title services and support real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compiles, investigates, and examines public and tax records to determine the legal condition of property titles
  • Prepares accurate and comprehensive title commitments in accordance with company procedures
  • Acts as a resource for less experienced team members and performs other duties as assigned by management
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience
  • Ability to work under limited supervision and modify work practices to improve efficiency
  • Experience in evaluating and selecting solutions from existing precedents or procedures
  • Understanding of team integration and impact on objectives
