Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Title Examiner responsible for supporting real estate transactions by examining titles and public records.

Key Responsibilities

• Compiles and examines public and tax records to assess the legal condition and insurability of property titles
• Prepares accurate title commitments in accordance with company procedures
• Acts as a resource for less experienced team members and performs additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience
• Ability to work under limited supervision and modify work practices for efficiency
• Experience in evaluating and selecting solutions from existing precedents or procedures
• Understanding of team integration to achieve objectives
