Job Summary

Providing nationwide title services, the full-time Senior Title Examiner will compile and examine public records to determine the legal condition and insurability of property titles while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Investigates and examines public and tax records to assess title liabilities and legal conditions
• Prepares accurate title commitments in alignment with company policies and procedures
• Acts as a resource for less experienced team members while working under limited supervision

Required qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience
• Experience in title examination and real estate transactions
• Ability to communicate complex information effectively
• Understanding of team integration and collaboration
