Job Summary
Providing nationwide title services, the full-time Senior Title Examiner will examine public records and titles to determine the legal condition of property titles, working remotely as part of a collaborative team.
Key responsibilities
- Compiles and investigates public and tax records to assess liabilities and title insurability
- Prepares accurate title commitments in line with company procedures
- Acts as a resource for less experienced team members while working under limited supervision
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience
- Strong understanding of title examination processes and public record searching
- Ability to communicate complex information effectively
- Experience in problem-solving and evaluating solutions based on existing precedents
