Job Summary

Providing nationwide title services, the full-time Senior Title Examiner will examine public records and titles to determine the legal condition of property titles, working remotely as part of a collaborative team.

Key responsibilities

• Compiles and investigates public and tax records to assess liabilities and title insurability
• Prepares accurate title commitments in line with company procedures
• Acts as a resource for less experienced team members while working under limited supervision

Required qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience
• Strong understanding of title examination processes and public record searching
• Ability to communicate complex information effectively
• Experience in problem-solving and evaluating solutions based on existing precedents
