Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Title Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Advises customers, attorneys, and lenders to resolve title insurability issues prior to closing for commercial transactions
• Communicates with clients and third parties to obtain necessary documentation for clearing title-related issues
• Acts as a resource for less experienced team members while performing all other duties as assigned by management

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience
• Ability to work under limited supervision and modify work practices for efficiency
• Experience in evaluating and selecting solutions from existing precedents or procedures
• Understanding of team integration and impact on objectives
