A company is looking for a Senior TMF Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support a portfolio of studies, ensuring compliance and oversight of TMF operations
• Develop TMF-related documentation and quality metrics to enhance compliance and efficiency
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure inspection readiness and client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's (3-year) Degree in Life Sciences/Business; Master's preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a clinical research environment
• Clear understanding of GCP and ICH guidelines
• Experience with electronic records management systems
• Knowledge of regulatory and clinical document requirements
