Senior TOC Analyst

Job Summary

Focusing on advanced troubleshooting and incident management, the full-time Senior TOC Analyst - Tier 3 will lead major incident responses and optimize monitoring tools in a remote contract-to-hire role.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Tier 3 escalation point for complex issues detected through monitoring platforms such as SolarWinds and Splunk
• Lead technical triage during major incidents to diagnose and resolve outages effectively
• Optimize monitoring dashboards and alert thresholds for proactive detection

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT operations or TOC/NOC experience
• Extensive hands-on experience with SolarWinds (NPM, NTA, SAM)
• Proven Tier 3 troubleshooting expertise across networks, servers, and cloud environments
• Strong incident management skills, including leading outages and technical triage
• Deep observability expertise using monitoring and analytics tools
