Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Total Rewards & Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and support the implementation of total rewards programs, focusing on employee benefits
  • Monitor and evaluate benefits program effectiveness through data analysis and vendor reporting
  • Conduct audits of benefits enrollments and payroll deductions to ensure accuracy and compliance
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Total Rewards experience with a focus on data analysis
  • Familiarity with HRIS technologies/tools related to compensation and benefits administration
  • Understanding of monetary and non-monetary recognition methods for employee engagement
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Experience administering benefits plans and navigating complex employee benefits
