Execute Total Rewards program rollout and operational workflows
Conduct compensation benchmarking and manage annual merit and bonus cycles
Deliver dashboards and analytics to support compensation equity and workforce planning

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field
5-7 years of experience in compensation, Total Rewards, or HR analytics
Experience with annual compensation cycles and strong analytical skills
Proficiency in Excel and experience with compensation benchmarking
Ability to manage complex datasets and prepare materials for senior leadership
