Job Summary
Focused on compensation analysis and program administration, the full-time Senior Total Rewards Analyst will analyze, administer, and contribute to the design of compensation programs while providing backup support for benefits analytics, all in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market benchmarking and job evaluation to ensure internal equity and alignment with compensation philosophy
- Manage the Total Rewards inquiry ticketing system to provide timely and accurate responses to employee and manager inquiries
- Support annual compensation cycles by preparing data, configuring systems, and contributing to communication campaigns
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in a compensation analyst, HR business analyst, or Total Rewards analyst role
- Experience with advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation
- Demonstrated experience with compensation analysis, salary structures, and market pricing
- Familiarity with HRIS or compensation systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, or similar)
