Senior Total Rewards Analyst

Job Summary

To support the HR team, the remote Senior Total Rewards Analyst will administer compensation and benefits programs, analyze market data, and ensure compliance with regulations while providing exceptional service to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate roles and pay recommendations, participating in compensation surveys and supporting salary structure updates
• Serve as a subject matter expert in benefits administration, leading open enrollment and employee communications
• Utilize data analysis tools to streamline reporting and support total rewards recommendations and process improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of experience in total rewards, compensation, benefits, or related HR functions
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with AI-enabled tools for data analysis
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
