Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Manager of Total Rewards to lead the design and implementation of global compensation and benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the global compensation and benefits strategy aligned with business goals and culture
- Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, using data and market insights to inform compensation decisions
- Lead global compensation programs and oversee benefits and Leave of Absence programs
Required Qualifications
- 9+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards management, preferably in a global organization
- Deep understanding of equity/stock compensation and advanced data analysis
- Strong project management skills with experience implementing system enhancements, specifically Workday
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Commitment to upholding policies and procedures per company standards
