Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager of Total Rewards to lead the design and implementation of global compensation and benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and evolve the global compensation and benefits strategy aligned with business goals and culture
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, using data and market insights to inform compensation decisions
  • Lead global compensation programs and oversee benefits and Leave of Absence programs
Required Qualifications
  • 9+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards management, preferably in a global organization
  • Deep understanding of equity/stock compensation and advanced data analysis
  • Strong project management skills with experience implementing system enhancements, specifically Workday
  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • Commitment to upholding policies and procedures per company standards
