Leading compensation practices for multiple countries in Europe, the full-time Senior Total Rewards Manager will provide expert consultation on compensation strategy, program implementation, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with HR and business leaders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Partner with Country HR Leaders to implement and localize compensation programs across several European countries
  • Develop and maintain salary structures and pay ranges based on market intelligence and business strategy
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support compensation decisions and overall Total Rewards strategy
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience
  • Significant professional experience in compensation or Total Rewards
  • Demonstrated experience managing compensation practices in a regional or business-aligned role
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English
