Job Summary
Leading compensation practices for multiple countries in Europe, the full-time Senior Total Rewards Manager will provide expert consultation on compensation strategy, program implementation, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with HR and business leaders in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Country HR Leaders to implement and localize compensation programs across several European countries
- Develop and maintain salary structures and pay ranges based on market intelligence and business strategy
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support compensation decisions and overall Total Rewards strategy
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience
- Significant professional experience in compensation or Total Rewards
- Demonstrated experience managing compensation practices in a regional or business-aligned role
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English
