Job Summary

Leading compensation practices for the Middle East & Africa regions, the full-time Senior Total Rewards Manager will provide expert consultation on compensation strategy, program implementation, and regulatory compliance while partnering closely with HR and business leaders in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Partner with Country HR Leaders to localize and implement compensation programs and policies
  • Build relationships across HR, finance, and legal teams to develop effective compensation solutions
  • Monitor compensation-related legislation and ensure compliance with local regulations and company philosophy
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in compensation, Total Rewards, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience managing compensation practices in a regional or business-aligned role
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in Arabic
