Job Summary

Managing total rewards programs for approximately 1,100 employees, the full-time Senior Total Rewards Specialist will administer and execute compensation and benefit initiatives across the U.S. and Canada in a remote capacity, ensuring compliance and excellence in employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee total rewards programs, ensuring regional compliance and competitiveness
• Lead total rewards projects, including job architecture and pay transparency initiatives
• Administer benefits programs and conduct orientation sessions for employees

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field from an accredited institution
• Experience in high-growth, global, or multi-state/province environments
• Demonstrated analytical abilities and attention to detail
• Experience with relevant systems such as Thor and SharePoint
• Ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences
