Job Summary
Demonstrating a high degree of technical expertise, the full-time Senior TPA Compliance Consultant will manage compliance administration for various retirement plans, mentor team members, and provide exceptional client service while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee TPA compliance administration, ensuring accurate processing and adherence to plan documents and regulations
- Perform plan calculations and process transactions, including distributions and loans, while maintaining client communication
- Mentor less experienced staff and participate in peer reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance across team projects
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred, or equivalent experience
- Seven or more years of related TPA/retirement experience required; ASPPA certification is required or must be obtained
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Windows, Word, and Excel
- Excellent mathematical aptitude and organizational skills
- Experience with Relius Administration is a plus
