Senior Trade Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Professional Services Analyst will become a trusted partner for commercial customers, helping them leverage products and expertise to analyze supply chain risks while ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in navigating complex regulatory environments and conducting supply chain risk analyses
• Create and deliver compliance reports and case analyses to stakeholders on their risk exposure
• Provide timely support for various supply chain issues and coordinate with the Revenue team to identify expansion opportunities

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in supply chain risk screening, trade compliance, or similar analysis
• 2-5+ years of experience in customer interactions and briefings
• 1+ year of experience in AI prompt engineering activities
• Strong writing skills with the ability to communicate insights clearly and engagingly
• Familiarity with global regulations relevant to supply chain risk management
