Senior Trading Operations Associate
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Trading Operations Senior Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Equity and Options Trading Operations team
- Create and improve upon a world-class execution platform and assist in the Firm's Best-Execution Program
- Monitor order flow, resolve client trade escalations, and create/update policies and procedures as needed
Required Qualifications
- FINRA Licenses: Series 7, Series 57, Series 24, Series 63, and Series 4 (within 6 months)
- Experience with front and back end processes for trading lifecycle (Equity and Options)
- Experience in SQL and relationship management with executing counterparties
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of team building and growth opportunities
- Prior experience with Financial or FINTech startups and working with international clients
