Job Summary
Managing and executing trading operations, the full-time Senior Trading Operations Specialist will oversee daily trading activities, optimize workflows, and resolve complex trading-related issues in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Execute and monitor daily trading operations, including model adjustments and tax-loss harvesting
- Assist in designing and implementing new operational processes to improve efficiency
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex trading-related issues and account reconciliations
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in trading operations, portfolio accounting, or financial services operations
- Demonstrated experience with trade rebalancing software and Order Management Systems
- Strong knowledge of trading operations, securities regulations, and IRA transaction rules
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial management tools
- Strong interpersonal skills for handling complex cross-departmental queries
