Key Responsibilities

• Oversee training development and deployment, including needs assessment and project management
• Conduct program management activities such as curriculum development and vendor management
• Deliver training through various methods and analyze data to improve training effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Training, Education, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience in education, training, account/client management, or project management
• Eligibility to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
• Advanced delivery skills in training and facilitation
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and methodologies
