Senior Trainer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for travel advisors and agency partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize training curricula and instructional materials for various products and services
• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars utilizing diverse instructional techniques
• Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve training programs and maintain learner records accurately

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of travel advisor leisure sales experience or equivalent experience in a managerial role
• At least 5 years of training experience in the travel industry, preferably in a travel agency setting
• Industry credentials such as CLIA, ASTA, ACTA, or The Travel Institute are a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, with strong project management skills
• Sound knowledge of adult learning theory and experience with webinar tools for virtual training delivery
