Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Trainer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate training materials, including written and video content for onboarding and annual training
• Maintain and update the training curriculum in the Knowledge Base library and manage the training process for the IT department
• Track and analyze data to evaluate training effectiveness and implement new training strategies, particularly focused on AI

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Training, Education, or related field, plus 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Advanced subject matter expertise in training on AI applications in corporate and clinical environments
• Experience with the ServiceNow platform and creating microsites
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and Adobe
• Ability to present training to large audiences and write training articles with supporting visuals
