Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Trainer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate training materials, including written and video content, for teammates
• Maintain and update the training curriculum and manage the training process for the IT department
• Lead training sessions and evaluate training effectiveness through data analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Training, Education, or a related field with 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Advanced subject matter expertise in AI training applications in corporate and clinical environments
• Experience with the ServiceNow platform and creating microsites
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and Adobe
• Ability to present training to large audiences, including C-suite leaders
