Senior Trainer

Job Summary

Supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs, the fully remote Senior Trainer will plan, create, and execute training programs, including instructor-led and web-based courses, while conducting needs assessments and developing training materials for Veterans Health Administration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of training programs for VHA operational and clinical initiatives
• Conduct training needs assessments and translate requirements into effective educational solutions
• Administer learning management systems and analyze training metrics for program performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of eight years of experience in training, instructional design, or related fields
• Experience in developing and delivering instructor-led and web-based training for adult learners
• Proficiency in administering learning management systems and training databases
• Experience in conducting training needs assessments and evaluating training effectiveness
