Senior Trainer in Leisure Travel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Trainer in Leisure Travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for travel advisors and agency partners
• Develop instructional materials, including training manuals and online learning sessions
• Lead engaging training sessions and workshops, utilizing various instructional techniques

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of leisure travel sales experience or equivalent management experience
• At least 5 years of training experience in the travel industry
• Industry credentials such as CLIA, ASTA, ACTA, or The Travel Institute are a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint
• Sound knowledge of adult learning theory and experience with webinar tools is preferred
