Job Summary
To empower customer experience account teams, the full-time salaried Senior Trainer - Texas Licensed will deliver engaging training sessions, facilitate virtual programs, and design interactive materials while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to new and existing call center agents and other departments
- Facilitate virtual training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
- Design visually engaging training materials that meet modern adult learning principles
Required qualifications
- Five (5) or more years of experience as a corporate/executive trainer or facilitator
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Experience with adult learning principles and learner engagement techniques
- Demonstrable curriculum development and instructional design skills
- Passion for training and desire to facilitate in a virtual classroom environment
