Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Training & Client Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute training curriculum and tools for role-based end-users to utilize enterprise systems
  • Provide residual training support and help departments transition to standard client support
  • Create and maintain a training database to organize and track individual training information

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training
  • Five years of experience in developing programs and initiatives related to professional development and skill training
  • Experience working with software/systems to coordinate, track, and design programs/materials
  • Thorough knowledge of delivering training programs and current training trends
  • Strong skills in planning, resourcing, and monitoring effective training delivery
