Job Summary

Leading the strategic and operational aspects of training and knowledge management, the full-time Senior Training Manager will develop and execute training programs, oversee onboarding and ongoing training updates, and manage a team to enhance agent performance and participant satisfaction in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain and enhance the knowledge management system with relevant training materials and documentation
  • Lead and mentor a team of training specialists, focusing on onboarding and ongoing training development
  • Analyze performance data to identify training needs and implement initiatives to improve service quality
Required qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in training, knowledge management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of leadership, team-building, and change management
  • Extensive knowledge of best practices in instructional design for adult education
  • Strong knowledge management capabilities, including experience with knowledge repositories
  • Ability to analyze performance data to identify trends and training opportunities
