Senior Training Manager

Job Summary

To enhance the effectiveness of client-facing teams, the full-time Senior Training Manager will design and implement comprehensive training programs for Account Managers and Strategic Account Executives, focusing on onboarding, product knowledge, and client engagement strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop onboarding ramp plans for Account Managers and Strategic Account Executives, ensuring timely productivity
• Create and maintain role-specific training on the full solution suite, enabling confident client conversations
• Design scenario-based learning experiences to prepare teams for complex client situations and operational skills training

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in instructional design, adult learning, or a related field
• 5+ years in training, sales enablement, or learning & development, preferably in a TPA or healthcare technology environment
• Proven experience in designing impactful training that improves commercial metrics such as renewal rates and upsell success
• Hands-on experience with role-play and scenario-based learning design
• Certification in instructional design, coaching, or process management is a plus
