Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Training Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer learning management systems, including user access and course creation
• Provide technical support to customers and partners, troubleshooting system-related issues
• Analyze data and generate reports to track learner progress and course completion rates

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an LMS Administrator, specifically with Cornerstone LMS
• United States citizenship is required
• Proficiency in Salesforce reporting and Google Sheets
• Self-motivated mindset with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes
• Experience in administering and configuring various systems, including Skilljar and Litmos (preferred)
