Senior Training Professional

Job Summary

To enhance customer experience, the remote Senior Training and Documentation Professional will develop and deliver impactful training programs, maintain comprehensive documentation, and leverage digital adoption tools to support healthcare SaaS products.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable training programs, including e-learning and virtual instructor-led training
• Create and maintain clear, compliant documentation such as user guides and knowledge base articles
• Utilize Pendo to implement in-app guidance and analyze user engagement metrics for training optimization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• 3-7+ years of experience in training, instructional design, or technical writing within a Healthcare SaaS environment
• Hands-on experience with Pendo and understanding of healthcare workflows
• Experience in regulated environments with a focus on compliance and quality standards
• Proficiency with e-learning tools and documentation platforms
