Senior Training Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Trainer Specialist who will design curriculum and develop eLearning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and develop distance learning using multimedia development tools
• Collaborate with teams to provide subject matter knowledge and maintain project documentation
• Utilize training tools to deliver effective design solutions within tight deadlines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of IT training experience or equivalent experience
• A minimum of twelve years of overall experience, with at least nine years in a training development role
• Experience training adult learners in Probation and Pretrial Services is preferred
• Knowledge of the Probation and Pretrial Services Automated Case Tracking System (PACTS) is advantageous
• Ability to maintain a Public Trust clearance
