Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in technical training, instructional design, or enablement, preferably in SaaS or iPaaS
• Proven ability to engage virtual audiences for extended periods
• Strong program management skills with a focus on organization and process improvement
• Experience in analyzing feedback to improve training programs
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences
