Senior Training Specialist

Job Summary

Focused on scaling customer support globally, the remote Senior Training Specialist will design and deliver cohort-based training programs for commercial and mid-market accounts, ensuring customers efficiently adopt and utilize the connected operations platform.

Key responsibilities

• Build and facilitate cohort-based training programs, guiding customers through structured learning journeys
• Design innovative training experiences that integrate physical and digital assets for live sessions
• Manage logistics for live sessions, including registration, delivery, and post-session follow-up

Required qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in delivering training, with at least 1 year in a scaled delivery model
• Demonstrated experience with live webinars or virtual instructor-led training (vILT)
• Ability to create digital learning assets using authoring and editing tools
• Familiarity with instructional design principles and structuring content around clear learning objectives
• Strong analytical skills to assess engagement and improve training content based on data
