Senior Training Specialist

Job Summary

Designing and implementing training programs, the full-time Senior Training and Development Specialist will facilitate employee development initiatives, manage learning systems, and provide analytical reports in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and facilitate training programs in various formats including classroom, virtual, and eLearning
• Administer and configure learning management system activities, ensuring effective course setup and tracking
• Build and maintain metrics, dashboards, and reports to monitor training participation and effectiveness across the organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience with learning management systems and developing learning metrics
• Hands-on experience in administering and configuring a learning management system
• Experience in tracking and communicating learning and development metrics across multiple disciplines
• Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills
