Senior Training Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting leadership development and inclusive culture learning, the full-time Senior Training Specialist will facilitate engaging in-person and virtual training experiences for mid- and senior-level leaders while managing complex learning programs and coaching less experienced training professionals, with the flexibility to work remotely within the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business needs to identify skill-building requirements and determine effective facilitation methodologies
• Consult with business leaders to assess training needs and assist in developing tailored learning solutions
• Facilitate in-person and virtual learning experiences and support the design and management of effective training programs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Six to eight years of experience delivering training in both in-person and virtual settings
• Demonstrated ability to design courses using instructional design models like ADDIE
• Experience developing asynchronous learning solutions and using eLearning development tools
• Ability to coach and develop less experienced training specialists and other L&D professionals
