Job Summary
Collaborating with Government staff, the remote Senior Training & Communication Specialist will develop data and AI literacy frameworks, design training content, and assess workforce readiness while ensuring compliance with accessibility standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop communications strategies and stakeholder engagement plans to support data modernization and AI initiatives
- Assess workforce data and AI literacy readiness using standardized instruments
- Design assessment instruments to measure training effectiveness and oversee quality across training products
Required qualifications
- Experience with data literacy frameworks
- Education and/or change management certification
- Demonstrated expertise in adult learning theory and instructional design methodology
- Experience developing competency-based training for non-technical adult audiences in federal or educational environments
