Senior Training Specialist

Job Summary

A manufacturing organization is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to develop training materials for manufacturing teams utilizing Cornerstone OnDemand and Articulate 360.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop training materials for manufacturing teams using LMS, including video, visual aids, and slides
• Utilize Cornerstone OnDemand and Articulate 360 for content creation
• Lead trainings and provide guidance to manufacturing teams

Qualifications:

• Prior experience developing video training materials and aides
• Hands-on experience with Cornerstone and Articulate strongly preferred
• Experience leading trainings
• Technical document writing for an eQMS or similar software is a plus
• Must be able to work legally in the United States with no sponsorship provided
