Senior Transaction Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting a major global client, the full-time remote Senior Transaction Analyst will lead analytical support for Transaction Managers and Brokers, manage operational processes, and deliver high-value transaction insights while working independently with clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Execute advanced financial analyses, including NPV, IRR, and cash flow modeling for commercial real estate transactions
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to evaluate lease options and support strategic decision-making
• Serve as the primary liaison between the account team and finance departments, ensuring compliance with account processes and effective communication

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field
• 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience in real estate or finance
• Real estate brokerage or salesperson license preferred
• Demonstrated analytical ability, both financial and qualitative
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
