Senior Transaction Analyst (Real Estate License)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Transaction Analyst to provide critical support to global transaction management teams for an Industrials portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and prioritize deal pipelines, tracking critical deadlines and milestones
• Assist Transaction Managers with financial modeling and execute small-scale transactions
• Conduct market research and comparable analysis to support negotiation strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
• 1-3 years of commercial real estate, investment banking, or financial analysis experience
• Active Real Estate License (or obtain within first 6 to 12 months)
• Advanced Excel proficiency and strong analytical skills
• Excellent project management abilities
