Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Transaction Manager - Remote East Coast.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement real estate plans aligned with client strategic goals and manage project initiation and scope
• Negotiate business terms as a landlord/seller agent and tenant/buyer agent, including leases and lease renewals
• Track transaction activity, prepare reports, and improve existing processes while leading by example

Required Qualifications

• Experience in real estate transaction management
• Strong understanding of commercial property leasing and sales
• Ability to evaluate and interpret financial analysis templates
• Proficiency in maintaining project tracking systems
• Demonstrated leadership and influence in negotiations
